There are only three races in the Street Races series, and they are for some reason named Pink Slips in-game instead of Street Races. These races require you win a one-on-one race against an AI opponent with no weapons, and finish within a specified time range.
Focus on your powerslides and jumps in order to keep filling your boost meter. Use it as much as you can, preferably in straightaways rather than in corners.
You need only meet the survivor (bronze) requirements for each of the three races in order to unlock the Achievement.

The, Can, Within
There are no weapons in the ‘Pink Slips’ series, so you have to use boost as much as possible to get ahead.
