Try this on one of the C-class (Tough Guys series) races, or in a later race where you have access to missiles (and balance them to Level 3).

You need to kill three opponents (not just random cars, but cars with the coloured chevron above them) close together. I'd estimate about 15 seconds apart should still count toward your chain.

Once you have killed three in a row (you'll see text on-screen reading Two In A Row, then Three In A Row), let your chain die off. Don't kill anybody for about 30 seconds. Then finish the race. You can still kill other opponents, but don't let any chain reach four in a row or you'll invalidate your attempt at this Achievement.

This Achievement does not stack with the Five-in-a-Row or Rampage Achievements. You need to hit a maximum of three in your chain.
