Setup a ranked game with these settings:
Event Type: Circuit
Track: Containment
Car class: S (We used the Warlord with the weapon set Demolisher)
Max Players: Depends on the amount of players
Laps: 2
Direction: Doesn't matter
Now, whoever is winning will get 10 kills and the other players will get 12 each. You can also all get 12 kills and then race each other for fun if you want. The winner with 10 kills gets the max 30 points in the end and the losers with 12 kills also get 30 points. With 2 people, each match will take around 4 minutes. Just switch on and off for who gets the win if you want. You will get level 6 at 300 points total.
Full Sillouette pointed out that each kill is worth 2 points, First place is worth 10, Second worth 6, and 3rd worth 4. Your points can go over 30 but only 30 points will register on the rank/leaderboard.

thanks for the comment on this rank being 300 points, that's what i was looking for to make sure it doesn't glitch... good solution for boosting, maybe just edit in the 300 to make us all happy

Easiest way to do this is to put the game on the shortest track (Containment) and on the shortest amount of laps (Two if im not mistaken)..
Have yourself and a friend or second console then line your car up so you can shoot the other car once before it goes off the edge into the water giving you easy kills.
Every time the other car re-spawns its current speed will carry it straight into the water while you shoot it on its path.
Once you obtain 55,000 points finish the race for maximum points.
