How to unlock the Ding! Grats! achievement in Full House Poker - Definitive Guide
My solution nets you tons of points. You can use this in any offline single player mode. The best way to do it is to replay pro takedowns, as you will also net a bonus at the end of the round when you win. For starters, the AI on this game is incredibly predictable. They play textbook poker and are very timid for the most part. You are going to either want to play a pro takedown as mentioned above, or any two seat game (tournament) offline against the computer. Once play starts, blast the computer with raises. Raise to 3x the big blind (starts at 10, so in this case the raise would be 30, and the computer will fold like crazy. Pretty soon you will be racking up 500+ points a hand, usually every 30 seconds for building up a winning streak. Raise on every hand except premium hands (AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AK, AQ, AJ, ect.) As the blinds increase, make sure to increase your raises as well. In the unlikely event that you are called often (I will explain more about this below) you will play a little differently. If you are re-raised, fold immediately. You are probably facing a hand better than your own. At the time of the writing of this guide I was hopping 2, sometimes 3 levels per game. If you are called:
Unless you have a big hand (see below), you are going to try and take the hand away from the weaker computer players if you do not make a hand. Bet out on the flop, anywhere from 75% to 100% of the pot to attempt to steal. If the computer raises, fold immediately, if you are called, check/fold. The computer will rarely succumb to a raise on the turn or river, they tend to get locked into their hands.
When you are playing pro takedowns it is your mission to end the game as quickly and easily with a monster hand, so you can net the big bonuses. With the hands I mentioned above, you are going to attempt to trap the computer. Instead of raising with the AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AK, AQ, AJ; instead limp into the flop with a check. If you end up making top pair or three of a kind, check to the computer and let him do the betting until the river, where you can make a large bet or slam him with an all-in (which i like, nets you an extra +250). If you fail to make a hand, you can attempt to steal or fold.
Also as a note: rarely, you will run into players that do not fold up like accordions when you raise pre-flop. These players must be played more conventionally, like you would an online opponent. Try to trap when you have big hands (check, small bet), and re-raise when you feel they are bluffing. I would estimate one out of every 10 to 15 you encounter are like this, just wanted to give the heads-up.

One of the easiest achievements in game-dom. Just play one game of anything and providing you don't blow it all in the first few hands, you should get this achievement in your first game.
