i know most people prolly won't agree with this method but here goes anyway.

i had 2.5 million and my buddy had around 4 million. i called off my whole 2.5Million to him in a private multiplayer (MP) match. after that i just kept rebuying for 250k and losing XP for so many hands until i got him to 10 Million. after that he called the whole 10 million back to me and we both popped the achieve. if you don't care about XP then this is the simplest and fastest way. im at 300 hands with no xp but i don't forsee needing xp for any future achieves. at least i hope they don't add an XP achieve in the future. even if they was to add an achievement for xp in a future dlc it won't take much to play a couple hundred hands to get back to gaining XP. have fun!!

EDIT: Thanks to Boost17 for pointing out something i missed. Once you hit 10,000,000 Chips you will need to quit out of the MP match before the achieve will pop. So dont fret if it doesn't pop in game. Thanks for reminding me!
