Seeing as aggressive as some players can tend to get, this can be a fairly easy achievement. However, it can only be gotten during Texas Heat Spring 2011 tournaments - so if it isn't spring 2011, you're out of luck.

"At the start of the show, pots equal to or greater than the starting chip amount for that table will trigger a Hot Pot. Keep in mind, though, that each time a Hot Pot happens, the amount of chips required to trigger it also goes up, so the next one is harder to hit."

Being aggressive with your chips early in the match (and having a little luck) usually will up your chances on winning a Hot Pot, but if you're not lowest stack and not very far along in the match, going All-In and being called usually activates it too.
The announcer will say something notifying you of it becoming a Hot Pot, and the chip icon will light on fire. Just win the hand and in addition to winning a juicy-sized pot, you'll win the achievement as well!
