...go inside and try to climb the ladder. An alarm will sound and some guards will make their way over to you. Walk behind some barrels near the back fence on the left side to prevent them from spotting you.

Objective: gather fuel for your bike.

Once the gas tower is accessible by picking the lock, attempt to climb up the ladder. You'll set off an alarm and some police will start making their way to the tower. Hide behind the fuel tank in the shadows in the back left to evade the cops.

Once inside the tower are to the northeast of Mo's, grab the ladder to set off an alarm. Then hide in the background of the area. A short cutscene will playing showing a flying car coming to the tower.

After waking up at Maureen's garage, she'll tell you she needs gas, a fork and her welding torch. Exit her garage and exit to the map, then go to the gas tower (upper-right part of the map). Use the lockpick from Todd's trailer to open the door (and pick up the padlock, you'll need it), then go touch the ladder. An alarm will sound and you'll need to hide from the police in the background, behind a tank, in the dark. The police officers will then land in front of the ladder and the trophy will pop.
