This was weirdly very lagged for me. I went through all the dialog more than once, but couldn't work out what I was doing wrong. So eventually gave up and later it randomly popped literally 2 weeks later!

Interact with all dialog options possible with Mo and then the achievement will unlock.

When you first wake up at Mo's simply choose every conversation topic, when you have exhausted all of these, this achievement will unlock.

After your bike accident, you'll wake up in Maureen's "garage". As soon as you can, talk to her and use all dialog options to unlock this trophy. This trophy will unlock before you can use the "I gotta be going" dialogue line. You may need to use the "how's it looking?" line a few times.

This trophy is cutscene-related, so if you skip through them, you can miss getting this. You have been warned.

Waking up in Maureen's garage, you'll have a new objective: to fix your bike. However, instead of rushing off, continue talking to and exhausting every dialogue piece with her until the trophy pops. Once it does, then you can end the conversation and resume your quest.

After making it to Mo's, you can talk to her. There are many dialogue options. Make sure to work your way through all of them before ending the conversations by choosing the bottom option.
