Throughout the game there are many objects you can select. If you select the mouth option on most of these you will get the dialogue from Ben "I'm not puttin' my lips on that".

Simply do this 10 times and you will get this achievement. There are plenty of opportunities to do this in the game, but it is missable.

Throughout the course of the game, simply use the MOUTH icon on ten different items (not people, as this initiates a conversation between you and them). You can get this as early as the bar after Ripburger's offer, interacting with the different objects behind, in front of, and inside the bar. As long as he says that he's not going to put his mouth on that, you have fulfilled the requirement for it to register one item (thus why I said ten different items).

When you press and select the tongue (to speak or use your mouth) over an object, most of the time Ben will say that he doesn't want to put his lips on it. Try to put your lips on 10 objects to unlock this trophy. It has to be 10 different objects for the trophy to unlock, and the dialogue line needs to be "I'm not putting my lips on that" (which it usually is, but sometimes he'll say something different. Those times don't count).
