Once at the mink farm, enter the building. Use your hand on the pillow to discover the tire iron. Grab it and then use it on the chest at the foot of the bed. There you will find the hose and your achievement.

Trading the fake ID over for passage to the Mink Farm, you'll discover that your former cohort has taken the fuel hose from your bike. Inside the house will be another, but you have to consider how to get to it. Underneath the pillow will be a trusty tire iron, which you can then use to pry open the box and find the hose you need, progressing the story as well.

Story-related achievement. Head into the bedroom next to Malcolm's Mink Farm. Move the pillow to reveal a tire iron. Use it to open the chest at the foot of the bed and progress the story.
