Just watch the intro, I skipped through on my first play through and didn't get this achievement until I started a new game and let it play through.

When you first start up a new game you may skip the first cut scene but immediately after do not skip the second cut scene. Just let it play out and you will unlock the achievement. Once the achievement has been unlocked you may go ahead and skip the rest of the cut scene as this is a missable achievement.

Story-related achievement. Make sure you don't skip the beginning cutscenes or this achievement won't unlock. Ripburger will talk to been in the alley next to the bar. Eventually, he will make a final offer and have his bodyguard knock Ben out.
