Although this is story-related, it is still missable!
After you brought all the parts for your bike to Mo's garage, you are about to leave, but the police is waiting for you on the streets. Head back to the tower in the top right corner, set the alarm off (touching the ladder) and the cops will be distracted.
DON'T SKIP THE FOLLOWING CUTSCENE!
Skipping the cutscene will void the achievement.
At the end of the cutscene you will unlock the achievement.

Any idea why when I go back to the ladder, it doesn’t let me climb it to get the cutscene? Just keeps saying “no chance”…

Didn't touch a thing during the cutscenes,
still did not get it, reloaded from the junkyard and same story

This trophy is cutscene-related, so if you skip through them, you can miss getting this. You have been warned.
After repairing your bike, you'll catch up with your gang only to witness the terrible incident that drives Ben further on his journey across the road of life. Be careful not to skip the scene, as this can cause the trophy not to pop.

Story-related achievement. Do not skip the cutscenes after leaving Mo's. You need to see Ripburger kill Malcolm and then listen to Malcolm's last words to unlock the achievement.

After getting your bike back and avoiding the police roadblock, there will be a cutscene in which Malcolm is hit by Ripburger. Watch the cutscene until Ben enters the stage and talks to Malcolm to get this trophy.
