Once you've arrived in Melonweed and spoken with Mo, head over to Todd's trailer and kick the door down. Go inside and open the cabinet on the left side of the room, then take the lockpick inside. Finally, walk over to the gas tower in the top-right part of town and use the lockpick on the padlock.

When you wake up at Mo's head to the trailer towards the left of the map. When you get there the trailer is locked and the owner, Todd, is downstairs in his basement.
You can enter now by kicking the door down, or you can bring Todd up and kick the door down to knock him out. Either way you will end up inside the trailer.
While inside Todd's trailer there are cupboards on the left side of the screen. If you have already knocked Todd out then this cupboard will be above his head.
On the inside of the door of this cupboard is a lockpick. Take this.
Head to the gas tower near the top of the map, and use the lockpick on the padlocked door. This achievement will then unlock.

Objective: gather fuel for your bike.
The fuel tower in the top right of the map is your destination, but it does require you to have gone to the trailer first. Within the trailer will be two cupboards, one of them having a lockpick (read: paper clip). This clip will be what you need to pick the lock and open the towerfield up for you.

While in the trailer above Mo's, make sure to grab the lockpick from inside the cabinet. Then head to the tower to the northeast of Mo's. The door to the tower will be locked, but you can use your lockpick to get inside.

After waking up at Maureen's garage, she'll tell you she needs gas, a fork and her welding torch. Exit her garage and exit to the map, then go to the gas tower (upper-right part of the map). Use the lockpick from Todd's trailer to open the door and unlock this trophy.
