After the arena, look at the car parts and click on all the hatches to reveal all the numbers. There are five in total. Exit the area to head back to Corley Motors. If you move your cursor to the left of the factory, you will discover a right pointed arrow. You will arrive behind the factory. On the left, you will see some meters. The easiest way to find the right section of wall is to use the right stick to "snap" to specific locations. One of them is on the wall near the ground. It is below the first pole to the right of the meters. When all the meters lock and display a black line, use your foot on the wall revealing the secret door and your achievement.

Great solution, didn't realize you had to hit the small little part of the wall, but this worked!

to find it. It will snap to it. Hit it when all the green balls have a black line through them.

After learning from Mo of the secret passage into the Corley building, go back to the main screen. To the left edge of the building will be an exit arrow pointing right signalling the back side of the building. Here, you'll see the green meters that were talked about as well as a large crack. The sweet spot will actually be located nearer the meters. If you find the discolored rock in the wall by following the crack to the left, make sure you give it a swift KICK right as the meters stall in the black zone. This will open the hatch for you.

Inside the side entrance of the arena are these silver balls with lights on them. Wait for their lights to line up and then kick the crack in the wall to find the secret passage.

After the destruction derby event, leave the Vultures' lair and ride back to the factory. Head around to the back and you'll need to kick the right spot on the wall while all the green flashing things have turned black. Be quick, be precise, and the secret passage will open.
