In some levels, lightning strikes will happen. These are indicated by blue targets on the ground, unlike the red targets from enemies and meteors. Simply stand on them, and after a bit you’ll be hit by lightning. Repeat that five times.
This can be done in the Masters of the Universe levels, where lightning is in a few of the levels, but if you want a safe, much less busy place to do it on purpose (if it hasn’t happened to you by accident), the Back to the Future cameo level has plenty of lightning as well.
