Quite a simple one. Every time you drink a soda you will crush and drop the can.
You can then pick it up and take it to a recycling bin, which you will receive a marker to head towards. Head over to the bin and then interact to drop it off. Do this 50 times and you'll unlock the achievement.
Just bare in mind you cannot sprint while carrying a can, so dispatch of any enemies first, to make your travels easier.
