I got this on The Umbrella Academy Part 2. Head behind the diner in the back right corner and walk through the big poo pile. Should pop right away.

You can get this after the tutorial, before heading to the Jurassic World. It was delayed when I did it, but that's just another location.

You can literally get this as your very first achievement in the game, as i did (by accident actually) - start your game with a "Jurassic World" character and follow along with the very first quest task your Funko figurine of choice is assigned with.
Near the door to the next room (on the left side) is a big pile of Dino poo and even if you can't really spot it as such, because it just looks like a ordinary part of ground-texture, you know you stepped right into it as soon as you hear some kind squishy sound under your shoes - the achievement will unlock right away after your hear that sound.
