Shaun of the Dead is in the first level of The Thing, Husky Hustle. You will need to complete it once so you can bring Scott Pilgrim in to use the amp from his levels, along with requiring the turret from Battlestar Galactica.
Within the building, you should come across a long hallway with a staircase at one end. Take a turn to the hallway directly adjacent of the staircase, you'll know if it's the right one because it will have the husky trapped by red bars and a red mould station in it. Take a right at the very end, pass a golden door, and you'll be in the right room. Use the amp to shatter the glass, then use the turret to activate the laser switch behind it. Flip the switch it turns on and get ready to confront the dead once you walk through the door and get the crown.
