To reach Back to the Future, you need to have completed Jurassic World's first level, Dilopho Saw Us!. In addition, you'll need Allision from Umbrella Academy and the amp from Scott Pilgrim.
Walk down the main street of Jurassic World until you reach the spinosaurus skeleton, where you should take a right down an alley. You should see a place called "Roy's Records" with a bouncer in front of it. Rumor the bouncer with Allison, then switch to Scott with a switch station and mould an amp. Switch it to yellow mode and smash the glass that was previously behind the bouncer. Go inside, and get sent back... to the future!
