You will get this trophy after defeating the fifth boss. The Hand is quite different compared to some of the other bosses as he has a shield to protect him. If you shoot your bullets at his shield they will deflect back to you and most likely hit you. The best opportunities to hit him will be after parrying and while he is doing one of his attacks.

After you have finished parrying him, go for a quick attack. Get as many hits as you can in before he starts using his shield again. The best way to deal any damage to him is when he starts moving away from you and then points his sword up in the air, this is the perfect opportunity to rapid fire him. You will have to keep watching your character in case he gets hit by one of The Hand's oncoming attacks, get as many hits in as you can before he brings his shield back out.

Later on in the stage his attacks will change slightly and his shield will be gone. This gives you a lot more opportunities to hit him, be careful of his attacks though. Parrying him can be quite confusing and wait at least two seconds before hitting him, he will sometimes have a delayed hit. During the last phase of the stage all you're required to do is parry him, after this there will be an opportunity to hit him and then the boss fight will end.
