Didn't get a trophy when I just hit with one charge. You also need to do a finishing move when an orange circle appears under the enemy.

An enhanced blow is not a jammed square and a hit on the boss.

An enhanced strike can only be done in the melee phase. To do this, twist the right stick in any direction until the sword lights up orange. After this, strike the boss, this can be either a regular strike or a counter-strike, as well as an attack after a perfect parry. You will understand that you did everything right due to the insane amount of health taken away.

The most convenient way to achieve this is on the swamp boss in practice mode. You don't have to complete the boss to get the achievement. You can exit as soon as you get the achievement, the number of phases is on your side.
