How to unlock the Chosen achievement in Fusion Genesis - Definitive Guide
If you have a decent ship (You can get Tier One variants of any ship after you level a few times. The exp needed isn't so steep in the early stages, so a few Hard difficulty missions will do the job till then) and weapons (Much easier if the Revenant weren't your first faction) you can go for the Warzone missions. These are actually very easy to do, and the most lucrative in faction exp is the Warlord mission.
The Warlord mission has you taking out 20 of the opposing ships (In this case, Dominion). If you do it in one Warzone, you get that, plus any additional exp you get for taking down Dominion ships. In effect, you could get 350 or even 400 exp per mission and Warzone if you take down large numbers of ships.
It also gets you some Warzone points and even PvP if you're lucky enough to have player opponents... and take them out. It does have some risk if you do find yourself PvPing, as the opponent may be more powerful, and in turn, wipe you out. If this happens, simply leave and try again later, or try again if you think you can actually take them.
TheDarKnight also elaborated on things with this (So credit to this part goes entirely to them):
"The Warzone is a lottery at times, as you can get stuck with a high-level player on the other side that just destroys you every round. I've run into this occasionally, but normally during odd hours you end up with a one-sided battle. Just make sure to use the cargo ship or the heavy cruiser since the other ships have horrible hulls and low shields.
The cargo ship is good if you have fully powered up DPS and Healing Sentinels (60 Black Crystals) since you can use their abilities at no cost, and the Heavy Cruise is almost as tankish at lower levels with those Sentinels and two of the level four pulse guns that have a rate of fire of 16 (they will scale to ship tier). Just capture points and the carrier near the Dominion base on your way in, then get in close and lay it on. If the hull starts to get bad, run away (there is usually an area nearby where enemies rarely follow) and heal with your Healer. You can actually switch weapons and sentients on the fly through the ship menu (Start, Top Right option, Top Left option, select weapon, select equip slot)."

Ahh, what I meant by "decent ship" I meant "decent ship that you get through their storyline". So it's a good idea to get up a little bit to get a ship you want to start doing Warzones with. Personally I went with the Cruiser, since it can take a lot of punishment and if you have decent skills in Super Shield, Flares and/or Afterburner, the battleships with Torpedoes won't be too much of a threat.
I'll edit the solution to rectify that. Thank you for pointing that out!
And yeah, the Warzone can be risky if you're on at an active time. Admittedly, these days I find myself soloing the Warzone, but there have been times where I get sconned by some high end player. I tend to experiment with various load-outs, so I don't often survive against them lol.

To join the Revenant Order you must go to Alpha Station and go into Embassy Missions and go into the story missions menu, the second option will be to change faction.
To join the Order, head to Voltok area on the left-hand side of the map (accessible by pressing the Y button). When you arrive you will be given the option to do Embassy Missions, do the only story mission that is there FIRST. Once you have completed the first story mission you will gain your first Faction Level and this will be how you unlock more missions for the story line as you do smaller missions for the faction in order to gain Faction XP to unlock the next one. The amount of Faction XP required to get to the next rank is your current level multiplied by 3 (Lvl 2 = 600 Faction XP required for next mission). At first you will have three characters to choose smaller Embassy Missions from, a man named Brother Bookman, a man named Silas and a woman named Sister Octavia. Silas will have three missions for you after which there will be one telling you to move to another area, I did not follow this path and as a result do not know what happens from there with him missions, each of the first three give 200 Faction xp. Sister Octavia will give you missions to do with the Warzone minigame each giving you 100 Faction xp. Bookman will have the option of doing missions with three different levels of difficulty each giving a different amount of xp (Easy=100, Medium=200 and Hard=300) I recommend doing Vasulas' missions first and then regardless of level, focusing on only the Hard missions as with my help you wont have a problem with them. The missions you should focus on are the following.
Lost Contact- This requires you to fly to either
Prospect Field or the Clearing Area
and locate a ship, all you have
to do is make contact with him and
mission complete.
The Lost Convoy- This requires you to fly to either
Prospect Field or the Clearing Area and
locate three crates, once make contact
with the third crate, mission complete.
The reason you will be focusing on these three missions are :-
a) They are quick, easily done within 2-3 minutes or so.
b) If you die you do not fail the mission (not including Lost Contact)
c) If you die after Mission Complete is displayed you will
instantly arrive at the Orders base.
To get to the hardest missions and get the 300 Faction XP, hit the Right Trigger twice, if neither of the missions are there simply hit the Left Trigger and then return to the hardest missions, it shouldn't take very long for one of them to show up.
To get to the highest rank and unlock all the story missions you will need a total of 10,800 Faction XP, requiring a minimum 36 missions (not including the story missions) if you focus only on the hardest ones.
It may be worth noting that after the second or third story mission for this faction you will be required to go to the Erebus system everytime you max out your faction xp for the remaining story missions.

Each faction has identical faction XP missions available from mission givers at the faction station. Do the faction story missions as soon as you have enough faction XP. The faction missions are fairly straightforward but will be unique and tell the story of the game from a different viewpoint and are not tied together.
