This is earned at the very end of the mission.
I did this on A Real American Hero difficulty with Scarlet, and all I did was run around in circles, only stopping to shoot the occasional enemy who might be in my way. Theres enough health to last you if your shields get broken whilst running, so just focus on avoiding the enemies and you'll be fine. BTW, I didn't initiate the Self Destruct sequence at all, so you can still get it without touching the console at all.
Side note, there is a sequence near the beginning of the mission where you HAVE to make the bots self destruct, so don't worry about it, as long as you avoid the console at the end (or use it only once) , it'll still pop.

I suggest doing all the level specific achievements on your easy run for a faster completion. You will have to use the "self destruct" once as a mission goal. When you get to the end waves, just avoid the console and kill the baddies the old fashion way.

During Mission 5, you'll need to use a panel that causes all of the B.A.T.S. enemies to self-destruct. Once you use it the first time, NEVER use it again. You'll come to a room in which waves of enemies will spawn and you'll have the self-destruct panel to use. Never use it and instead deal with the waves on your own. If you get overwhelmed, utilize modifiers!
