I suggest doing all mission specific achievements on easy and/or with modifiers for a quicker completion. The description is vague, just finish the mission quickly without self destruct activating. Run and gun through the mission hitting LT on on each enemy for quick kills. Using Cobra's mist ultimate on the boss helps a lot due to his close quarter attacking.
