You’ll find a few opportunities to get turret kills by moving the trains in the level. The best place is at the end of the level. Before you activate the console at the end of the map that has the two turrets on tracks. Move the one closest to you so it’s covering the middle of the tracks, then stop it again. Don’t leave the track constantly moving. Once the fight starts, enemies head toward you so just stand on the bottom floor in the back corner(same side as your turret is) and the enemies will just walk right into the turrets. Make sure to shoot the flying drones because all enemies have to be dead for next wave to start.

Is this accumulative or does it have to be done in one go?

Not cumulative. There are 3 or 4 you can get otw to the end. With the turrets covering the center, ninjas would evade them, so I had to run around between the conveyor belts to bait enemies into them. Double health modifier helped.

During the final area of Mission 12, you'll have two turrets you can utilize against waves and waves of B.A.T.S. enemies. Position them how you'd like them and stand behind them as often as possible so the enemies rush into the turrets and not you. The trophy will pop as soon as you hit 25. If you get to the end and there are no more waves, reload your checkpoint and try again.
