There is local multiplayer, so you need 2 controllers.To get this achievement you need a win with each of 12 characters you can choose from.
Choose Capture the flag, Score to win 1, time limit doesn´t matter and start a match. In match go for a flag represented by a symbol and bring it back to your starting location. You can finish match in less than 30 seconds. Approx within 15-20 minutes you can get this achievement.

Make sure you just stick with the first map Cobra Island, it's the smallest of the CTF maps by far.

Go on "Team Battle" and grab a second controller (2nd profile required). Do capture the flag and make it only 1 point to win. Grab the flag and take it back to the base. Now rinse and repeat with each individual character.
