Quick reload is when you hit the reload button as the arrow gets to the small colored section of the reload animation. Just do it once with all 12 characters. You will mostly likely play with each character as you progress through the story, if not, just chapter select and play with the ones you missed.

This can be performed in campaign or in local multiplayer, where are other achievement. This must be performed only with each character primary weapon, when you start a match shoot and then press RB, special cursor start moving and you just need to hit it in the middle area.
Do it with all 12 characters (6 G.I.Joes and 6 Cobras) and achievement is yours.

You can do the opposite team character with your other controller and that counts as well. Cut your time in half!

and then again when the bar reaches the middle. The reload sequence will also auto-start once your gun runs out. Make sure you do this on all 12 for the trophy. If you somehow manage to not play with all 12 characters in the campaign, you can also do this in multiplayer.
