G.I. Joe: Operation Blackout

I found using storm shadow easiest for this due to his automatic weapon. To make it easier, run through the level once to unlock modifiers and learn the general layout.
When you start just rush through shooting as you go, if you miss a few enemies don’t worry about it. Your heading straight to the AA turrets. Hold x to activate and go into the shooting mini game. This is where you’ll lose most of your time. Don’t worry about the missiles that come in just focus on hitting the jets when they get close. After that’s done head to the other side of the ship up the stairs and go to another AA gun mini game. After that’s done head up stairs and keep going forward till you fight duke. If you have the damage and health modifiers on from completing the level once he should go down quick. Head left to the last AA guns and complete those to head inside the ship. Make quick work of all enemies and head straight to the control panel to activate the defend the area mission. After you finish the defend, duke comes out again. Slaughter him and quickly move upstairs. Kill all the enemies upstairs to get the objective to change to breaking consoles. Going upstairs makes it easier to hit all consoles within a few seconds. Jump back down and activate the console for duke to spawn one more time. Smack him around quickly to end the mission.

I suggest doing all mission specific achievements on easy and/or with modifiers for a quicker completion. Rush through the enemies by hitting LT on each one for an instant shot. Skip the 3rd AA turret since it's a side objective and you should complete this with plenty of time to spare.
