I suggest doing all mission specific achievements on easy and/or with modifiers for a quicker completion. At the end of the mission, they tell you you can turn on the turrets, just simply don't do it. Utilize the LT and Shoot on each enemy with the sniper at the top platform for instant aim and kill. There are is a Cobra character on wave 2 and 3.

Very easy to accomplish on lowest difficulty. At the end of the level you capture the facility and it tells you to fight off waves of enemies using the turrets. Just don’t go activate them and finish the waves normally.

In the last main area of Mission 2, you'll have the option to activate turrets to help with the waves of enemies that are going to attack. For this trophy, simply do not ever activate those turrets. They're easy to ignore as you have to run up to each one to activate them individually.
The waves of enemies aren't hard to deal with without them. If you struggle, play on the easiest difficulty and utilize modifiers.
