As far as I know the multiplayer is just local, but you need only 2 controllers to get this one. There are 4 game modes: Assault, Team, Capture the flag and King of the hill. For each one setup score to just 1 (flag, kill or whatsoever) and finish the match. After you win 1 of each mode, achievement will unlock for you.

How do I even add my second controller? It's plug in and I'm pressing A to join on the MP screen, but nothing. I've also tried my silver account, and a guest account.
Finally got it to work, this time after pressing A on the second controller, it asked me to sign it in, and added a second player. All I did differently was make sure I had a guest signed in, before I started the game.

Go to "Team Battle" and grab a second controller (2nd profile required). Just play one of each of the 4 game types and win with the achievement profile. Apply minimum points when possible.
