How to unlock the That tech is expensive! achievement in G.I. Joe: Operation Blackout - Definitive Guide
Very easy to do on lowest difficulty. The first 3 BAT pods act as a tutorial and don’t seem to count toward your total. As your running through the level just ignore all enemies and plow through the locked doors when possible(some rooms you do have to fight all enemies). The boss room has 3 pods and should be easy to avoid shooting them.
Something to note, the side mission is to break all the BAT pods, so make sure on one play through you break all of them.

I suggest doing all mission specific achievements on easy and/or with modifiers for a quicker completion. The B.A.T.S. pods that are introduced at the start do not count since they are required to blow up. Avoid the rest of them throughout the level. Try to not use explosions or radial attacks in the boss rom since there are multiple pods in there.
At the beginning of the level, you are required to destroy the first 3 B.A.T.S. pods in order to progress. After this there will be B.A.T.S. pods in every room where Roadblock shows up: two in the first area, two in the second area and three in the final area. Make sure not to destroy them while you're fighting Roadblock.
Additionally, you can tell if you've destroyed any as the side-quest for destroying them all will show your count. So if you destroy one accidentally, on the right it'll say 1/7 under that side objective.
