Start on the first level and collect each of the cereal bowls. Make your way to the end of the level and through the door. Do the same for the next level. The boss fight is after this so just keep jumping on top of him to kill him. On the fourth level again keep collecting the cereal bowls. Since this will be the final achievement for this title update you can collect the same cereal bowls, die, and repeat until the counter on the top left reaches 200.

I've gotten over 600 on the second playthrough still no achievement anyone else's not unlocking for them?
