In case anyone gets confused by this like I did. You basically have to kiss or kill enemies with the opposite weapon for whatever character you're using. You switch weapons using the bumpers. Once you get the negative score just run the clock out and you'll get the achievement once you reach the game over screen.

I switched weapons, killed a saw, and managed to unlock the achievement without reaching the game over screen.

so it's not as simple as the guide says, I played as the Lover & so according to the guide I used the skull weapon yet still got +points so what you need to do is get a few points with 1 weapon & then switch weapon which will then subtract the points, I'm thinking it's more tied to your karma than what character you choose from the start
