The "Good Way" is by beating the Glitch level, which you can access by beating the last boss (the GB boss) with positive karma.
Once in the Glitch level, finish the level with at least 180 seconds remaining. Note that if you fail, it's fine you can hit continue from the main menu, you'll be dropped back in the Glitch level and can try again.
Try to go fairly fast, focus on picking up things that give you more time.
When I did this I finished with about 200 seconds left, so there's lots of room for error.

The achievement is not unlocking for me. I first beat the glitch level with under 180 seconds then using continue from the main menu I am not able to earn this achievement despite beating the level with well over 200 seconds left on a second or third attempt.
Edit: I was able to go into Survival mode and play for a while to increase my good karma (the white line on the bottom of the screen keeps going left by using the heart weapon). And then I was able to continue from the main menu and get a special cutscene where I unlocked both this SpeedRunner achievement and the one for beating the game with positive karma.
