These are the levels with no chapter and no story. The sixth and final one unlocks after finishing the last chapter.
This didn't unlock for me until I went back into a few finished levels, probably because I usually let them run until the game crashed instead of saving and exiting. Also, it needs to be 5 stars when you save and exit, doesn't count if you let it drop.

This is only possible in the missions that were not story before right? (The levels without a level number?)
