Most of the requirements to beat Salazon are quite easy, like keeping staff happy and star rating. The main thing that might trip you up is throughput. You need to focus on getting loamgates so you get more patients. If you can get at least 2 loamgates you should have enough. Buy them from Baz if possible, or craft them if you have them researched. You will likely also need 3+ skin labs for the burn patients.
