Very easy to AFK this one. Open any large hospital with a high revenue, I used Toxin HQ after getting five stars, and build as many research labs as you have conditions left to complete. Assign each condition to a different lab and hire plenty of doctors to fill them all up. The progress bars look like they're moving slow but I was surprised at how many went from level 4 to 5 after letting it sit for maybe 30 minutes. I'm guessing eurekas are causing the random progress jumps but I can't find anything explaining what those do.
