Just play through area 1 in either Adventure or Championship mode without moving the right thumbstick.
It doesn't matter if you die in the process, you'll still get it.

It might be worth mentioning that the Achievement won't unlock until your game is over, so if it doesn't pop after completing Area 1, don't sweat it. Just lose the rest of your lives and it'll unlock.

This one is really easy to do on Area 1. Just don't touch the 
at all. This can be done in either mode, but you may want to do this as soon as possible to get it out the way.This way you aren't used to always using them.
