The Scorpion appears on level 5. He looks like the creature in the achievement image. It's not necessary to finish the level to get the achievement, though you must finish your game before the achievement is awarded.

Hey. Scorpions will first appear on Stage 4, where one Bee will transform into three Scorpions. This will also happen on Stage 5 and 6 (as well as many later stages).

The Scorpion can be found during level five. You do not need to destroy it; you only need to find it. It does not matter if you pass the level or die, the achievement will still unlock.
