Do not be deceived. This achievement is extremely easy as you can start at the level you left off at. Does not have to be in one sitting.

First make it all the way to level 30 and complete it if you are not at level 30 then just get there if you lose all your lives then just start on the level you were on by clicking play and moving the arrows to any completed levels or whatever the level you left of at and once you reach level 30 you should play it and once you complete it the achievement will unlock for a good 10 points very easy achievement

A simple way to make surviving easier is to map your buttons so both A and B are changed to a trigger. This way you can hold down whichever trigger and strafe back and forth.

For this achievement all you need to do is play Stage Thirty. It does not matter if you pass the Stage or die, just as long as you play the Stage. In order to make this achievement slightly less difficult you can change the amount of lives you are allowed in the game options to four instead of three. If you do die during the course of the game you can restart from the last level you played by selecting "1P start at stage <-??->", this saves you from having to replay the entire game again.
