Galaxy Shooter (EP)

Upgrading your weapons/shields/motors/armor can be done from the Shop/Upgrade menus. there are 15 levels to upgrade and every 5 levels sees a boost to the upgrade type. In order to unlock the individual trophies you must buy all 15 upgrades for that type, doesn't matter which one. I estimated it to cost somewhere around $15,000-$20,000 total for all the upgrades in a single category. Weapons are more, Shields/Armor are less. Once you unlock the final bar on lvl3 the category will be maxed.

If you want to unlock these faster: save up your credits and you can then use a cloud save to buy out all the upgrades for one category, then download your cloud save and buy the next one, etc.
