To win this achievement you need to pass through three of the gaps in one round. The easiest way to do this is to start a local game with you as the only player. Stand on the trucks and wait for a sign to appear in the distance. If both sides of the sign are present, run to the front of the truck and onto the top of the cab and press
to lay flat whilst the sign passes overhead. If one side of the sign is missing, align yourself with it and jump as you reach it. This can be tricky as the trucks move away from each other periodically. With a bit of luck it shouldn't take you too long to get this achievement.

You need to jump through 3 road signs that have a gap while on the trucks roof. You will sometimes be able to jump from truck to truck when they are right beside each other so you can move to the side with the missing sign. Stand near the front as you can sometimes survive even if you do get hit - if you are too close to the back you will get knocked off. Time your Jump using
just before the truck reaches the gap in the sign - do this 3 times in a single attempt and achievement will pop. When both signs are there just move to the roof of the trucks cab and press to duck, then jump back up using The Achievement guide below will walk you through this achievement and all 18 others achievements in the game too including an easy method for getting the most difficult one in my opinion (Sit Down achievement).

While on top of the trucks, jump through three empty road signs. In the event that there are no holes, jump onto the side of a truck and climb back to the top and wait for another. The achievement will unlock after landing the third jump.
Velvet
It’s highly recommended you do not wear ANY costume while going for this trophy as they increase your size and make it difficult to pass under the signs. If you have one on by default in the game setup screen, keeping hitting 
or 
to cycle through all of the costumes until you find the plain Jane default character skin (no clothing or accessories).
You can do this online or offline, either solo or with other players. If playing local, the trophy will only unlock for Player 1. If playing online, each player will individually have to complete the requirements to unlock their trophy.
Start up a Melee game and choose the Trucks stage. In this stage, two semis carrying containers will be driving next to each other. Occasionally, road signs will pass above the trucks. There will either be one sign on each side, or one sign and one gap. For this trophy, you need to jump through 3 gaps without dying. They don’t have to be consecutive, you just can’t die before you jump through the third one. Luckily, with a little bit of luck and patience, this will be easy to do.
You don’t have to jump from truck to truck and can remain on the same one for this trophy. If a green sign appears on your side, hold 
to go limp. You will be down low enough to be able to pass underneath it. If a gap appears, you need to time your jump so you jump over the lower bar and through the actual gap. There’s about a .5 second delay from when you hit 
to jump and when your character will actually jump, so be sure to hit it a few times just to get your timing right.
The signs/gaps are random so there’s a chance you’ll get all 3 gaps right away, but at the same time, you may get unlucky and end up getting 5-6 signs in a row. Just be patient with it and when you’ve jumped through your 3rd gap, the trophy will unlock.

We climb onto the container of the truck and jump over the railing of the sign; if there are two signs, then we run to the roof and lie down. (hold circle or square) The main thing is to jump three times, and not miss three pointers
