First of all, Once Gang Beasts is installed. Make sure to go to "COSTUMES"
Then pick the "NEW" option then pick whatever style you want to choose.
[by moving the left and right arrows]
Then save it and boom! The achievement pops.

On the home screen select COSTUMES, add some custom items manually or just press the RANDOM button and apply and achievement will pop.

The Achievement guide below will walk you through this achievement and all 18 others achievements in the game too including an easy method for getting the most difficult one in my opinion (Sit Down achievement) .
