The best way to do this is to go to the training dummy, and turn it on the light enemy and disable attacks. Jump down in the ring, and pound away (or shoot) until he has a smidge of health left. Once he does hit then to select gold throw. Just stand there and keep casting gold at him until he dies, and it pops! It’ll take more throws than you think, even when he has just a tiny bit of health left. That’s it!
