Easy enough with robyn and flame arrows ...just in the final act i found 3 opportunities for this ....

Unfortunately, this achievement cannot be earned using a training enemy. It must be earned during a mission. However, if you're struggling to get it like I was, there is a mission where it was very easy to get.
During the Act 2 mission "Larontar Mines", the first of 2 boss fights will be against Raymond of Nottingham. He has a large purple shield that if you him head on, he won't take any damage. But, the combo counter still goes up. So, as Marian, I kept spamming
to throw daggers at his shield to increase the counter. Just keep a distance, and roll out of the way using 
when you need to.
You could also use Robin and shoot arrows at the shield, too.
