This is similar to upgrading your tools. You can upgrade the jars from the Dew shops. I did the regular jar you start with. You can upgrade it in Spring Hamlet. The toughest part was getting the 10 Glass Lenses for level 4 upgrade. Start collecting early. Breaking glass on the beaches will only drop lenses randomly.

I hated this for the longest time until I took some time to go through my memories and chose 2 that had +2 luck and one that gave a chance for resources to be a higher tier. I had the 10 lenses within 2 game days runninbg through the beaches

Jars can be upgraded at the Dew shop. It will require money and some scavenged materials per upgrade. Upgrading any of the jars to grade 4 will unlock this achievement!
