Glomps appear all over the world during night and afterdark. A common place is at The Depths and Summers End. You only need to split them into smaller enemies in order for this to count. Don't bother killing the smaller ones. You can walk between these 2 screens to have them respawn. Since these are common enemies and not specific to a biome, it is best to get this while going for the other enemy achievements (Shelled Oozes, Acorns, Hayrots and Snowcaps).

These are the most basic enemies in the game and can be found anywhere. You'll most likely get this through normal play, but can grind it out in the first dungeon of the game in Spring Hamlet if needed.
