A very short way into the game, you'll be asked by Plum and co to move house, away from the Kindergarden, and to see the Elderberry.
You'll be shown around your new house by Fran the frog, and told to go back outside to see the Elderberry.
Leave the house, head south over the bridge, and attack the mound of earth just to the lower left of the bridge (it doesn't sparkle like rocks and stumps do).
Keep hitting it until the achievement pops!

I had no idea this was an achievement, I was just walking around thinking it was a resource I could get lmao great guide tho!

There are multiple locations to do this, but the earliest is just south of your house in Spring Hamlet. You should notice a weird looking rock that you can attack. Slowly it will dwindle down to a small lump and you won't be able to damage it any further, unlocking this achievement.
