How to unlock the Superstar! achievement in Gas Station Simulator - Definitive Guide
This is a grind, 5000 likes needed for this one.
My strategy was to control the register and the fueling, while I had 2 workers work in shifts for cleaning, 3 other workers working the garage repairs.
Fueling
For the fueling i literally fueled them as soon as I seen the notification pop that 1 was waiting. The quicker one is done the sooner another will pull into the empty slot. Get the tips and prioritize this one over anything else.
Garage
Just keep this one stocked up, buy tyres and always top up the racks. I always filled every rack but you will notice the workers only use one rack before using the 2nd one available to them. I used 3 workers in the garage, to keep 2 on shift most of the time.
Cleaning
I used 2 workers for this, you will need to manage this one very carefully. Once everything is clean they decide to just go off shift, then before you know it a bin is full and rubbish is everywhere. While running around I decided to empty the bins as much as I could, this stops the negative votes received and if you have the party bus turn up, that's 7-9 down votes straight off the bat.
In regards to the walls, decor, I didn't bother painting, unless you actually care about the state of the walls I wouldn't waste your time.
Register
This one can be annoying, one item decides it going to fly off or not fit inside the basket.
The best way I countered this was to ditch the hat, toy, teddy stands. Items are too bulky and can fill the basket quite quickly with 20+ item orders. If the stand or product is not there it will not effect the positive/negative votes, you do not need to stock these items unless you really need the cash, but If you're at this latter stage you should be fine for cash.
Pick Locking
As soon as this event pops up, go for it, just get this done everytime it's available. You will receive 10 positive votes and these are great for the votes and for cash if you're in need, you will have the odd chance of obtaining collectibles from doing this. Always pick lock the car in-between the toilets and garage, this is where you obtained the pick lock at the start of the game, it counts as 1 for the challenge plus it gives you collectible items.
Things you may want to try?
These are optional but worked for me, so try them and see how you can maintain them to your advantage.
Reduce amount of items you sell, I only placed 5 of each drink on the shelf. This way I was getting lots of 1 item orders, rather than 15-20+, at times I did get 15+ but the amount of 1-5 orders I received was greater and was quicker to get through the queues of customers.
Cars unable to picklock or abandoned, this happened a few times I had a customer's just standing still looking at products for a long time. I just saved the game and upon reloading and they disappeared along with the car. You have 12 parking spaces so make sure you can have 12 new customers available everytime at the register.
Hope this helps some of you with the grind, its not easy and will take 3-4hrs per 10%, just keep going and it will come if you're up for the challenge.
Anymore tips I've missed I will add from the comments.

Having active fuel dispensers, cash register, ice cream and automatic car wash nets me 5-6% between parties on level 9. Of course all staff is max-near max levels.
Another suggestion is to manipulate party buckets likes capacity by disabling/enabling party spot. Simply go to tablet -> management -> party spot and toggle twice. It will reset party buckets, you can do it until you're satisfied with the number of likes you will receive from the party. For example just did so and went from ~220 to ~380 likes.
UPD: I ended up doing what I described above + manipulating party buckets likes amount, earning around 9-10% per party cooldown time (45 mins).
By manipulating party buckets it's too optimistic to target ~380 likes, it was only once when I got such amount. If it's ~340 it's totally fine, which gives about 6% on level 9.
Yes, it's still a grind, but much easier than it was before + it's possible to partially afk until workers are tired or trash bins are full.
It took me around 16 hours from mid level 7 to level 10.

I found that going up by 1% took ages if I had the employees doing a few jobs whilst I did one. Just yesterday I found that doing all of the three jobs myself got me up 1% in about 20-25 minutes (sometimes just 10 minutes). Leave the mess for an employee to clean up, even in the garage.
The game used to count the employees work with mine, but if it happens to be drastically slow, try out this method. Resist getting negatives from the customers.

This grind should be focused on from the start -
Make sure you have the party time DLC - It's free and offers the LARGEST reputation boosts!
Always make sure your party time buckets are full and ready to go, but there's a catch!
As soon as the party starts, flip the switch and kick everyone out of your gas station.
The party will end, and you will get FULL reputation points from the party! - WooHoo!
The reasoning: You have to wait an additional 45minutes for a new party anyways, so it's a waste of time having them actually party.
Focus on the Gas pumps first! As one thing to remember is this, you only have limited space, and a max tier gas station 3 cars are the limit, and there's no waiting - meaning if your gas tanks are full - you are missing out on protentional future reputation, whereas you can have a rather large parking lot!
Settings:
I would recommend heading to the settings and disabling:
Dennis vandalizing the walls, Warehouse stealing, and sandstorm events.
While they don't need to be disabled it is highly recommend, as going for level 10 is a huge grind even with the reputation boosts the party time DLC offers. that your patience will run thin with this game.
The only endgame challenge that seems to actually work is lockpicking, but due to the party time DLC it seems to be a bit of a waste of time, as you get WAY more reputation out of it - but it's still decent 'early' game! As after about reputation 6, the game is super repetitive and you will just want to be done with it ASAP.
Things to avoid:
DO NOT have the AI fuel the pumps OR serve the customers at the cash -
ONLY/b] the player gets reputation at these stations.
The AI workers RECIEVE reputation markers from the following:
Ice cream station
Repairing cars in the garage
My personal advice would be to ALWAYS have someone working at both the ice cream stand, and the garage repairing while having someone clean the garage for you.
You also get reputation when customers use the bathroom
Keep your gas station clean to avoid negative reputation hits
Do not have a large shop.
I would recommend selling at most FOUR different items,
As an example of what I sold: Alcohol, Car fluids, Drinks, and Candy
the more variety you offer, the more items customers will buy - and the longer it will take to complete the cashier mini game.
