This can be done in Custom Lobby matchmaking. I used two controllers
Versus>Custom>Online Game>Host Private
I did Allfathers Arena since it was the first map, but you can do any map. Change the game mode to gridiron.
Under Gridiron Options turn fill with bots off.
Under Weapon Substitutions in options replace all the guns with Frag Grenades.
Start the game, find the nearest nade, plant it in your goal(or anywhere), use the other controller to grab the flag and simply walk into the nade, Cheevo popped

Every single gun was switched, including the relic ones. Did not affect anything in the game.
-Also, you don't indicate anywhere how to plant the grenade which is the only part that matters and you left that out.
I can't believe it has such a good vote ratio too.

This one is pretty easy.
Plug in a second controller
Go to private match (versus>custom>LAN>host)
Make sure to select gridiron and a map with frags (I picked checkout)
Turn bots off
Have your main pick up frags and plant one on the ground
Make your dummy run onto the frag
Cheevo

If you don't have a second controller then leave the bots on. Lock four of the slots on your team and four on the opposition team to make it 1v1 against a Beginner bot. Plant a grenade in your endzone then wait for the bot to pickup the flag and attempt to score. You have to get a kill so I'm not sure if shocks work but a flame grenade worked for me.
